Relaunching The Kiss
The Belvedere had made a forward-looking move for a museum at the time by launching an NFT collection based on Klimt's The Kiss, and saw an opportunity to reach collectors even more effectively on a relaunch by leading with the collector's perspective. They asked Broken Egg to help make it happen.
The Collector's View
This was consultancy work grounded in the user's point of view. Broken Egg ran an audit from the collector's perspective, identified exactly what to improve, and helped the museum make those changes before relaunching.
